Brian Boyer
Managing Partner and CEO
Brian serves as a partner to organizations and businesses in various sectors, learns their business, builds internal and external relationships and provides dedicated and trusted counsel on marketing/branding, business development and strategic communications, with a focus on maximizing resources and building profit margins. He has built a reputation as a trusted, dedicated advisor to organizations and their leadership teams as they navigate marketing and business opportunities with key audiences in various markets.
Prior to starting his own business, Brian spent 25 years working with diverse organizations in economic development, government, finance/insurance, healthcare, non-profit, education, law, IT, tourism, hospitality/leisure, human resources and aerospace/aviation.
His partnerships with economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, nonprofit community groups, start-ups, corporations, agencies, and individuals yield results that align with your goals objectives and mission.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Fredonia. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hartford. He is from Clifton Park, NY, and currently lives in West Hartford, Conn. Brian has two boys and is often seen supporting them at their golf tournaments and tennis matches. Brian also enjoys running and on Sunday in the Fall is either at NY Giants football games or in front of his television watching his favorite team play.

Barbara Lang
Business Development Lead
Barbara’s role with The Boyer Group is to support business development and revenue growth for our clients. Barbara served as president and CEO of the DC Chamber of Commerce for 12 years. In this role, she was responsible for the operations and overall strategic direction of the organization and advancing the Chamber’s interests through advocacy, education, information and business development. In her time at the Chamber, Barbara transformed the organization into the most powerful and respected business group in the region through her aggressive leadership on key public policy business issues. She also worked diligently on education (Pre-K-12) and workforce development issues and projects, as well as small business/entrepreneurial development initiatives.
Barbara was also Vice President of Corporate Services and Chief Procurement Officer for Fannie Mae, a publicly-traded corporation that provides financial products for low-, moderate-, and middle-income Americans. In this position she managed all the company’s procurement, real estate and facility operations supporting 5,000 employees in 60 locations in the U.S. with a staff of 300 and a budget of $300M. She also had a long career with IBM where she served in several management positions in finance, administration and product forecasting.

Amy Archambault
Creative Branding, Design and Visual Arts Lead
With more than 15 years in Fine Arts (MFA), Design and Art Education and head of Amy Archambault Studio, Amy produces visual content including brand identity graphics, websites and visual artworks that honor the businesses and partners with whom she collaborates, ensuring meaningful engagement with key audiences in addition to offering clear calls to action. She is an expert in the intersection of both form and function. Amy creates brand identity graphics and impactful websites and marketing materials that drive engagement and calls-to-action. She ultimately offers clients world-class quality work and a collaborative approach that has allowed us to sustain long-term partnerships.
Don Napoleon
Video Production and Photography Lead
Don is an Emmy Award-winning video journalist, documentary producer, teacher and mentor. A graduate of Virginia State University with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Communications, Don has built a reputation as a sought-after industry expert through his work with NBC, Discovery Networks and the DC Office of Cable Television. His consummate professionalism and creativity have led to opportunities with notable media groups, including MTV, TV One, Essence.com, Twentieth Century Fox and the United States Senate and House of Representatives.
Don’s documentary film house, The Napoleon Complex Project, allows him to passionately convey the human experience, earning him his first Emmy and numerous other accolades. A proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., Don founded Exposure in 2003, a nonprofit offering real-world education to college students, with a special focus on HBCUs, helping over 700 students secure internships and industry opportunities.
Brian and I have worked together for over a decade. As marketing and business development partners, he always knows how to best position clients to maximize their brand, messaging, strategy and bottom line for sustainable success.
